Position: Angular UI Engineer 

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL or Dallas, TX - hybrid model 

Duration: 6–12-month contract 

 

Must Haves: 

•         3 – 5 years' experience in Web Application Development – Angular and related frameworks

•         3 – 5 years' experience in Experience in design and implementation 

•         3 – 5 years' experience in Experience with a CI/CD pipeline GIT, Stash, Bit Bucket, Artifactory, Jenkins, etc.

•         3 – 5 years' experience in Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

•         3 – 5 years' experience in Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•         Experience in developing Web components/ custom elements in Angular or other frame works.

•         Knowledge of delivery of Large-Scale Web and/or Mobile Applications

•         Knowledge of various cloud infrastructure hardware and software such as Open stack, AWS, GCP and Azure, as well as the underlying architecture for hyper-converged

 

Plusses: 

•         Experience in Angular frameworks (HTML 5 / CSS 3, Angular, JavaScript, Object Oriented JavaScript, ES6, Responsive Design, UI)

•         Experience managing software deliverables using tools like Jira / Rally

•         Experience in TDD

•         Experience in one or more of the following cloud platforms: Cloud Foundry, OpenShift, AWS Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google App Engine, Heroku, or other PaaS technologies

•         Experience in OS virtualization and containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes

•         Large scale distributed software design and development experience

•         Knowledge of secure architecture and design: PCI, OWASP top 10, secure coding standards

Day to day:

·         As a Digital Engineer with CVS Health, you will participate on a Team of 6-10 people and work with the digital agile team to build high quality, usable Products to customers / stakeholders. The position is in the Northbrook Illinois office and candidates must be able to be in the office to work with product teams.

·         As the digital Engineer, you will:

·         Participate on Agile Development Team

·         Design and build efficient and user-friendly software products to advance and support business needs

·         Design and build in innovate technologies or cloud solutions for effective resource allocation, fast application deployment and zero downtime of upgrades while delivering rapidly iterative new designs.
