Requirement Details

 

Position: MapR/MapRDB- MapR Admin

Remote

Start 6/1 - 60 days duration

 

Scope:

Working experience on MapR and MapRDB environment, monitoring and troubleshooting of the jobs. Experience in Mapr admin activities like upgrades, patches, and cluster setups. Working knowledge of No SQL as it pertains to operational triage of the environment, supporting tight SLA mobile application running on MapRDB. 

 

A solid understanding of spark jobs execution and monitoring, troubleshooting. The team leverages Apache Drill, extensively, a working knowledge of drill is required. 

 

Streamsets exposure is a plus. Octopus deployments exposure is plus.
