Experience in design and development of multi-tier applications

Manage development work pipeline for application portfolio (daily scrums, PM coordination, etc)
Experience as senior/lead developer, tech lead
Recommending and leading modernization and optimization efforts
Perform strategic and tactical evaluations of solutions based on scenarios, outcomes, risk, and financial assessments
Direct the identification, design, and creation of reusable technology components
