Five (5) years FTE of project management experience following the system development life
cycle and managing highly critical projects

Five (5) years FTE of project management experience in working on similar client ServiceNow implementations involving:
ServiceNow to external system integration activities
Implementing ServiceNow for operations of State or Federal departments

Three (3) years FTE of experience in:
◦Scrum Framework
◦Agile Methodology
◦Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS or Microsoft Azure DevOps)

PMP

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university. Additional
qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis
