Location – Farmington Hills, MI (Remote allowed)
Training Coordinator / Team | Farmington Hills (Detroit), MI
Or Eastern Time and travel 1-2 times a month | · Help create training artifacts (video/documents etc) using a training platform (most likely Easy Guide / ezGuide ??) · Work with OCM (Organization Change Management) team in creating the content · Work with OCM and Product team in planning and organizing the training sessions across various users/teams in Guidewire / Insurance platforms · Expand/Add new team members in this area based on number of training materials and the timelines · Able to work and deliver independently under the guidance of Program Director of a 200+ team members | · ??? |
