Detailed JD (Pl share the Detailed Description, 1 liner JD will not work) | 7 to 10 years total IT experience with at least 2 years in PC configuration and rating.
A Rating Lead is expected to carry out the following Requirement Elicitation, Participate in workshops Prepare Design documents. Software Configuration management. Create,tag and Merge branch. Complete understanding of GW rating framework Write Pseudo code Analyse Legacy rate tables, DEfining Rate tables , Defining Rate routines DEsigning Rating framework, Analysing Rating issues Development using Gosu for Classes and Enhancement Prepare UTC and perform unit testing. Perform peer review Mentor Junior developers
(1.) To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs , resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) ornew developments based on businessor client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project. (2.) To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards. (3.) To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes. (4.) To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements (5.) To provide technical guidance to junior developers |
