1. Should have 4-6 years of experience in Kronos 2. Expertise knowledge in WIM interfaces (Inbound and outbound interfaces, APIs), Access profiles (GDAP, FAP, Data access profiles ), Kronos Time and Attendance (Pay policies, Navigators), SDM tool, Timeclocks(Device management), Employment terms, Accruals, Kronos Scheduling ,Org setup,Report setup and SSRS reporting, Display preferences, Hyperfinds, Genies, Adjustment Rules, System settings 3. Should have good knowledge of SQL queries and stored procedures. 4. Should have good experience in SAML/SSO 5. Should have good knowledge of Application maintenance and support activities 6. Knowledge of SAP time management system would be an added advantage. 7. Maintain and monitor data flow and integration throughout the application 8. Act as a liaison with customer for any planned or unplanned maintenance on application and to keep business well communicated for any change/update in the application
