Position Details:

Primary & Secondary Skill	Business Analyst (Primary) Requirement gathering User stories Agile
JD (Detailed)	10 + years' experience in working Agile Scrum methodologies Experience in working  product. Excellent communication and analytical skill Pharma knowledge is preferred Drive business discussion and  rich experience in customer or stakeholder management Conduct Business Analysis: map out business process; capture business requirements and specifications (storyboards, creating and maintain user story backlogs); support translation into technical requirements. Enable translation of business requirements to functional solutions especially in Tender, Forecasting & Opportunities Commercial Space of LS domain Ability to interact with technical resources and translate business needs to a technical team; effectively communicate technical information and processes to relevant internal & external stakeholders Ability to interact with customer users, internal and external stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements and turn those into actionable user stories and product plans Interact with client's compliance  team to document issues that may have regulatory implications requirements for their offerings Manage feature iteration throughout the product life cycle Interact with business, engineering, and quality assurance teams during the entire software development life cycle Assist in supporting product launches, release deployments and documentation Maintain consistent efforts to deliver quality solutions as per the requirements and agreed upon scope Document issues with resolutions and share them with team members to improve team productivity Good technically to perform data analysis preferably using SQL and visualization tools like Qlik Sense. Provide accurate and timely information and escalate when there are issues
