Role:

 

·        Develop a comprehensive data preparation architecture that includes data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading processes.

•        Implement automated workflows for data integration from diverse sources.

·        Create data pipelines that ensure data quality through validation, transformation, and enrichment.

•        Incorporate error handling mechanisms to address data inconsistencies and anomalies.

•        Design monitoring and logging mechanisms to track data processing activities.

 

Mandatory Skills

 

•        A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in data modeling, database design, and warehouse architecture.

•        The possession of a bachelor's or advanced degree (master's or PhD) in computer science, engineering, math or related field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

•        Five (5) years of experience in Database Expertise: Strong proficiency in database design, data modeling, and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

•        Five (5) years of experience in Data Architecture: Solid understanding of data architecture principles, including data integration, data warehousing, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.

•        Five (5) years of experience in Data Modeling: Proficiency in data modeling techniques, such as ER modeling, dimensional modeling, and normalization.

 

Desirable Skills:

 

•        Three (3) years of Data Security: Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance standards to ensure data protection.

•        Three (3) years of Data Migration: Experience in data migration strategies and tools when transitioning between databases or systems.

•        Three (3) years of Database Performance: Ability to optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and data partitioning.

•        Three (3) years of Technical Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

•        Three (3) years of Business Intelligence (BI) Integration: Understanding of integrating data architecture with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik for reporting and analytics.

Four (4) years of Domain-specific knowledge in healthcare.
