Job description:

We are looking for a resource with experience in Oracle CX for a Time & Materials (T&M) OnDemand role, which is remote.

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Managing Eloqua, OCC, OSC (Sales Cloud), CPQ, PRM & OIC applications within the CX.
• Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues within Eloqua and across CX components (OCC, Eloqua, OSC & CPQ).
• Addressing functional issues related to CX components (OCC, Eloqua, OSC & CPQ).
• Gathering and documenting business requirements pertaining to CX.
• Conducting gap analysis and proposing custom solutions as needed.
• Actively participating in functional setups and testing across enhancement stages.
• Collaborating with business groups to enhance processes and propose feasible solutions.
• Developing or enhancing OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports.
• Assisting the fusion team in preparing integration documents and testing integrations.
• Supporting Narrative reports (EPM).
• Managing Oracle Service requests related to CX.
• Providing post-migration support.
• Reviewing Oracle upgrades across all CX modules and conducting testing.
• Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
