Job Description:

A Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data systems using Microsoft Fabric platform. To succeed as a Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer, such a professional need to have following knowledge:

 

Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices.

Proficiency in using Apache Spark and Delta Lake for data processing.

Familiarity with various data sources and formats.

Proficiency in using Python or R for data analysis.

Familiarity with SQL queries and analytics.

Proficiency in using notebooks and VS Code for code development.

Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric features and capabilities.

Curiosity and creativity to explore new ways of using data.

Communication and collaboration skills to work with other stakeholders
