Job Description:-
Mandate Skills :
Property & Casualty Insurance Domain Knowledge.
A deep understanding of Guidewire Systems (PC, BC & CC).
This includes knowledge of configuration, customization, and integration aspects.
Guidewire automation framework(is an added advantage only).
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Guidewire Systems (PC, BC & CC).
Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
Lead a team of testers and provide guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful testing outcomes.
Conduct test execution, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing as needed.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, including prioritization and escalation of critical issues.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and address software quality issues early in the development lifecycle.
Prepare test reports and metrics to track testing progress, identify risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to Guidewire testing.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

Should have implementation experience in Guidewire.
Job description
Proven experience in Guidewire QA with a focus on end-to-end testing.
Strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance.
Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand end-to-end (E2E) functional flows across Guidewire Center (Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center).
Hands-on Experience in Agile Testing methodologies and processes.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities.
Lead the end-to-end (E2E) testing efforts for Guidewire applications, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
Design, implement, and execute test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of Guidewire applications.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify and address defects promptly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Develop and maintain testing scripts for regression testing and continuous integration.
Stay current with industry best practices and trends in Guidewire testing methodologies.
Previous experience in the insurance industry.
