Required skills : SAP CONSULTING , AEROSPACE AND DEFENCE EXPERIENCE , PROJECT SYSTEMS MODULE , NETWORK , PARAMETER , FINAL ASSEMBLY /ASSEMBLY PROCESSING , WORK STREAM , INTEGRATION , MASTER PRODUCTION SCHEDULING , PLM DATA , SHOP FLOOR , PMMO ,BOMS , Heavy Manufacturing & Logistics business processes in S/4HANA Manufacturing, production planning, execution, logistics, sap .

 

JOB Description:

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP Consulting, Aero Space and Defense experience is a must
2. Project Systems Module with emphasis on

• Network
• Parameter Effectivity
• Final Assembly / Assembly Processing

3. Ability to perform Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners, prefer experience with Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaires.
4. Integration to Master Production Scheduling, PLM Data, MRP, Shop Floor Execution and PMMO
5. Good knowledge of BoMs and Routings in an A&D environment
6. Good knowledge of WBS-based planning and use of Networks with MRP
7. Functional specification authoring Experience working in a strict fit to Standard / hybrid agile mode is an added advantage.
8. Experience with Heavy Manufacturing & Logistics business processes in S/4HANA Manufacturing, production planning, execution, logistics and quality management a plus
9. Prior experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SAP Complex Assembly Manufacturing Solutions is a needed
10. Experience is GPD or PMMO is good not mandatory
11. Formal SAP certification is preferred
12. Process expert knowledge of BOMs, BOM versions, Recipe, Resources, process / production orders.
13. End to end knowledge in RICEF development i.e. requirement gathering, FS preparation, testing and business acceptance.
14. Experience in solution design, configuration, integration, gap analysis, cutover, go live, testing and support.
15. Ensure overall team deliverables adhere to quality standards and meet established timelines
