·        Previous experience with WalkMe

·        Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and integrate WalkMe elements

·        Capability of interpreting data to make data-driven decisions

·        Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

·        Attention to detail, ensuring elements are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned to appropriate brand guidelines

·        Problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to implementations

·        Ability to coordinate tasks effectively with timelines and resources

·        Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
