Required Skills:

 

Experience implementing/upgrading/maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems

Functional and technical support to implement, upgrade or maintain PeopleSoft HRM version 9.2

Implementing or upgrading the payroll module in PeopleSoft HCM

Functional experience conducting fit/gap sessions, detailed deliverable documentation, documenting change requests, and working with the technical team to verify code changes are to specification

Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities

Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels

Strong technical writing skills

 

Preferred skills:

 

Implementing/upgrading or maintaining the PeopleSoft HR system (CAPPS) at the Texas Workforce Commission

Implementing/upgrading/maintaining the CAPPS system provided by CPA

Texas Workforce Commission experience-
