• Practical experience in development of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, graphics and image creation with Photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Responsible for the design of web pages, graphics, GUIs.
• Responsible for the design, prototype, and implementation of themes, colors, and CSS
• Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
• Operates effectively as a member of the development team.
• Operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and adjustments.
• Effectively develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
• Utilizes storyboarding and UI /Graphics pre-designs where appropriate.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.

Location: Cary, NC / Dayton, OH
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience in a commercial software product company.
• BA/BS or advanced degree preferred in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field or demonstrated comparable experience designing commercial software products.
• Mastery of user centered design principles and practices.
• Mastery of interaction design and information architecture disciplines
• Experience in creating wireframes, visual mockups, graphics, and user workflows.
• Innovative, creative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of software development process.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening).
• Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and to adjust to frequent changes in project priorities.
• Proficiency in visual design preferred.
• Preferred experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and Axure.
• CSS, HTML, JavaScript skills a bonus.
