Location: Frankfort, KY- Commonwealth of KY

Duration: 1 yr. plus

Corporate Tax Filling project:
This project is a major initiative for Department of Revenue to develop corporate tax processing system. Corporate Tax Filing Is a A2A Broker deals with communicating messages with IRS services and a backend processing system via WCF/Messaging architecture for retrieving  and acknowledging Kentucky corporate tax filings. It retrieves, validates the messages (schema and business), exhausts the messages to an appropriate processing system, and acknowledges the processing results back to IRS gateway services. It is a new development using VS 2010, C#, Oracle/SQL Server, WPF, WCF, messaging architecture and OO concepts.
Objects Oriented Programming -      4 years experience
.NET 3.5/4.0, C# -                               3 years experience
Visual Basic 6                                      3 years experience
ASP.Net -                                             3 years experience
SQL Server 2005 or greater -              3 years experience
Oracle 9i or greater                            3 years experience
Need to have strong background in WPF, WCF, design-patterns, Web Service, WSDL, SOAP, XML, and XSD.
Experience with Active Reports/Crystal Reports would be a plus.
