Job Title: Senior Java Analyst Programmer

Location: Annapolis, MD

Duration:  2 years Contract

 

 

Essential Functions:

 

• Responsible for analyzing, debugging, testing, repairing, and supporting an ADRESS system with the following technologies:

 

 

Experience:

 

• 8+ years of Java/J2EE programming experience.
• Experience deploying applications to Oracle 0C4J App Server and Web Logic.
• Good knowledge of Object Oriented concepts, design patterns and UML  notation. 
• Solid experience with Reverse Engineering and Refactoring code.
• Good communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Experience with interacting with end users.
• Excellent knowledge of relational database design
• Knowledge of NIEM 2.0 XML and Court functions is considered a plus.

 

Education:    

 

• Bachelors Degree in an IT related field from an accredited college or university.
