15+ yrs of IT experience and more than 8 years of CRM/ SFDC experience. Elicit requirements using interviews with key stakeholders, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use case scenarios and workflow analysis to understand true business needs • Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates to ensure consistency and identify dependencies in requirements • Subject Matter Expert on the business processes with experience to map it functionally to the required Salesforce.com technologies • Co-author the solution design document • Provide best practices for security model, data validations, data modeling, reporting and analytics • Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrix and ensure requirements are being met throughout the project • Baseline requirements and manage changes utilizing established change control processes Ensure effective communication and transition of business requirements to design and development teams |
