Required skills:

Must have solid hands-on experience as well as in-depth practical understanding of SQL Server 2000-2008.  

5+ years installing, configuring and managing SQLServer databases in a high availability environment, including backup and recovery, replication, log-shipping and database mirroring.  

5+ years maintaining and exercising real-time disaster recovery fail-over and fail-back events for high transaction systems. 

5+ years tuning all aspects SQLServer, including SQL query evaluation and tuning.
