Skill Sets Required:
· 4-6 years SAP FI/CO Functional Support experience
· Expert level support provider for SAP R3
· Experienced with Automotive Industry
· Familiar with Incident and Change Management or ITIL Processes
· Strong Problem Solving skills and English Communication skills
· Bachelors Degree IT Management or equivalent experience required
· Proven background of consulting and support at Business manager level preferred
Job Description:
· Responsible for onsite support of SAP R/3 4.7 Finance and Controlling
· Mapping the business processes defined in the template
· Responsible for business process analysis and design, module system design and configuration as well as designing integration test plans cut-over strategy for changes as needed
· Should document requests for change, prepare functional specifications along with Business users and be able to implement those changes
· support users during unit testing and integration testing for the changes and resolve reported bugs
· Must work with local business to ensure evolving needs are met and coordinate with Client internal organization and Atos Remote team in Argentina to ensure full operational effectiveness
· Provide point of contact for Client Financial organization and act as general SAP Functional liaison.
· Responsible for documenting the "to-be" processes, defining performance metrics, and identifying and resolving process gaps.
· Has a strong understanding and experience in the SAP methodology used by the organization.
· Responsible for mapping the business processes to SAP (often in conjunction with consultants) and participates in user acceptance testing.
· Often is involved in the creation of documentation and training materials, and may deliver training during implementation.
· May also act in a system support role immediately after implementation.
· Incumbents in this position come from the business, are experts in that business function, and have an understanding of the business processes of the function they represent.
· They also serve as a liaison to the business during implementation, gathering additional information when needed and keeping the business informed regarding the implementation.
· Bachelor's Degree in function represented in the business. Or equivalent work experience.
· Typically has 3 - 5 years of business experience.
