Location               :               Winston Salem, NC

Requirements :

 

In this role you will manage and provide daily support of web infrastructure and all related components.  You will support the development of infrastructure products and services to include Web, Directory (LDAP), Security, and Application services.  You will also provide support throughout the software development cycle by participating in development, integration testing, load testing, user acceptance testing, and production.

 

Qualified candidates should have:

 

• Ability to setup and maintain virtual websites and JVMs in WebSphere and IBM HTTP Server.
• Experience with WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus.
• 4 years of proven WebSphere experience running on an AIX platform to include knowledge and experience of system administration concepts.
• Advanced WebSphere administration skills to include but not limited to clustering, horizontal and vertical scaling, JMS, independent use of the deployment manager.
• In depth knowledge of how to administer the J2EE architecture to include EARs, WARs, EJBs, Servlets, JSPs, and RMI services.
• Excellent knowledge of AIX operating system.
• Excellent Unix scripting experience to include Perl and ksh.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems by reviewing logs, and performing various UNIX commands.
• In depth knowledge of web-based security practices including SSL and server digital certificates.
• Proven ability to work with ambiguous requirements.
• Ability to be on call 24x7 on rotation schedule to include holidays and weekends.
• Incumbent must be available to troubleshoot incidences and resolve problems in a timely fashion which may require attendance during nontraditional work hours.
• Ability to work in a very complex network to include Dual DMZs, and multiple network zones.
