Role: QA Hardware Engineer

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

Requirement Details.

Our client is looking for a QA Equipment Engineer who can program, understand and set up the equipment.

 

Roles:

- Responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and supporting RF circuits in next generation home security and automation technology.

- Will be working to ensure product certification.

- Set up system package equipment, source package and initialize the RF test

- Review the package received and package sent for error

 

Required:

- Experience with 3G, 4G, WiFi, Z-Wave, ZigBee, RF test equipment, and scripting is required.

- Familiarity with Bluetooth and NFC is desired.

- set up equipment, run spectrum

- Experience with system level packet error rate testing with interference using standard RF test equipment.

- RF performance and throughput testing with impaired channels.

- Familiarity with RF signal generators, noise sources, spectrum analyzers.

- Familiarity with Python scripting language for test automation is a plus

- UL 985 section 60 short range radio frequency devices.
