Job Title: Data Architect/Modeler
Duration: 8 month
Location: HARTFORD CT

 

Description/Comment:

• Design project level database models thru facilitated design sessions with project leads, technical leads, business analysts, solution architects, system analysts and other information architects.
• Participate in data definition, data management, and data governance reviews.
• Data profiling
• Document data model and specifications for database implementation.

 

Critical Skills Required:

• Must have experience in data modeling.
• Must have excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Must have working knowledge of data modeling tool in Erwin. Working on Model Mart (version controlling) is a plus.
• Good database knowledge. Work experience on Teradata/Oracle is plus.
• Must be team oriented and have excellent collaboration skills
• ETL or BI Reporting development experience is a plus.
• Data management experience is a plus.
• Experience in Business Insurance is a plus.
• Work Environment: Data Modelers are mainly shared resource working on multiple projects at the same time based on demand and allocation of the projects.
