5+ years of professional Web Development experience 
• Hands-on coding expertise
• Strong understanding of engaging customer-facing websites and user experiences /interfaces 
• Any knowledge of Java code a big plus 
• Supporting applications built in: Java, C++, etc. 
• Team-player mentality Javascript, JQuery, HTML (HTML 5 a plus), CSS, AJAX, XML
