Position: Business Analyst with Payments and Cards
Duration:6+Months
Location: Richmond, VA

 Job description:

More than 6 years of experience as a business analyst with tech knowledge in dealing with middleware testing
Knowledge in ETL / BPM apps
Experience at customer location for a min of 1 to 2 years
Design requirements for a medium to large scale projects
Min 2 years of banking domain experience; specifically in the area of Cards and payment
• Agile team experience
2+ years  of experience in ALSB or OSB technologies
Minimum 1 year experience in Java development
Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork and collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to work with teams - cross cultures, organizational boundaries, time zones and countries
Interact with the business and customer team to understand the business need
Converting business requirements to the technical specification
Develop interfaces using ALSB, WLI,WS,WSDL
Guide and lead the team technically
Flexible to take-up additional workload and go extra mile to meet the deadlines
