Job Title: Production Support Analyst

Location: SFO, CA

Duration: 6+ MONTHS

 

Summary:

·         Need a consultant who is not someone as Manager but is good in handling operations.

·         Should be good in Analytical skills, Client interaction.

·         Should have worked for financial clients

Responsibilities:

·         Looking for a self-driven leader to manage eCommerce site production support and operations. You will work in a fast-paced start-up type environment with a diverse set of business and systems stakeholders.

·         Work with a global Digital operations team providing 24 X 7 operational support and development support for application maintenance and enhance across all Digital assets

·         To work closely with the Business team and Engineering teams to help enable the Digital business

·         The successful individual must demonstrate outstanding communications skills.

·         Should be able to manage hired party service provider

·         Technically sound in on line systems, Java, DB and infrastructure so can drive the cross functional teams during Sev 1 or Sev 2 situations to immediate resolution.

·         Strong technical mind set, analytical problem solving skills, influence people to triage, analyze and resolve issues quickly

·         Manage deployments to production

·         Willing to make self available be it late evening or weekends if there are production issues

·         Proactively build scheduled maintenance plan and executes

·         Build weekly calendar of events and executes them with precision
