Job Title : Remedy Developer
Job Location : Dallas, TX
Duration : 3 + Months
Detailed JD:
Technical Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in use Remedy Developer Studio 7.5 or higher. Development experience must include designing/creating reports, forms, workflows, writing complex formulas and writing objects in Remedy ARS platform.
• Minimum 2 years experience in implementing/installing and upgrading/migrating ARS and mid tier (web services) platform.
• Minimum 1 year experience in ITSM 8.x environment
• Minimum 2 years experience writing SQL Queries and providing reporting solutions
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated ability and success using problem-solving skills
Non-Technical Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as part of team implementing solutions using a Systems Development Lifecycle/Agile Methodology
• Minimum 2 years gathering, documenting and translating business/technical requirements for Remedy AR system solutions.
• Minimum 3 years documenting processes, workflows, test cases, code defects and enhancements.
• Minimum 4 years demonstrated ability to conduct and/or lead discussions with Business Partners and Technology Leadership
• Strong verbal communication skills needed for requirements gathering.
• Proven track record of exploring new features and product capabilities
• Must be able to multi-task between unrelated project requirements
Nice to Have Skills:
• Familiar with Quality Center and Visio Tools
• Basic understanding of MS Project and project planning
Potential Red Flags:
• No Development/Code Release Experience
• No Customer or Leadership interaction
• Poor communication style - Will be working with numerous Technology and Business Customer groups. Must have tact, be clear in communication, possess skill of translating business requirements to technical and vice versa to communicate across both business and technical Teams.
• Resistant to change - must be willing to adopt and apply our methods, but also be forward thinking enough to help improve what we are doing.
