Job Summary

EAD/Green Card/US Citizens/TN-Visa (No H1 please)

               

Skills needed:

·         7+ years of professional software and database engineering experience developing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications leveraging the Microsoft development suite including .NET 4.0/3.5, WPF, Silverlight and SQL Server.

·         3+ years of designing / architecting leading edge applications and technology solutions

·         MUST have property and casualty insurance domain experience and/orCommercial Auto experience domain.

·         Designing and developing high traffic / enterprise level web applications with a focus on performance, scalability and reliability

·         Assist in the development of software and data solutions in a hands-on capacity by writing .NET source code (C#), developing databases using Microsoft SQL Server, and integrating solutions with leading Microsoft server software platforms (Silverlight, SharePoint, MVC, WPF, WCF and BizTalk)

·         Analyzing, designing and developing solutions which address highly complex property and casualty business processes and operations

·         All phases of software development, design patterns, and development methodologies.

·         Extensive understanding of SOA, security, enterprise integration, and distributed computing concepts

·         Thorough understanding of insurance terms, workflow and processes

·         Various project management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, RUP, FDD and RAD

·         Software systems validation and testing              

·         Excellent communications and inter-personnel skills
