Position:-  Network Consultant with Avaya NOC
Location:-  Mountain View, CA
Duration:-  6+ months

Job Description:-

Troubleshooting global contact center environment (>5000 agents) in Avaya telephony infrastructure (PBX, Carrier), Click2Call, Reporting, etc. (requires general networking knowledge beyond Avaya). Ability to take control with excellent communication skills in garnering support from peer teams (Networks, telecom, vendors) and customer ops leads Engineering degree from reputed school Working knowledge of implementing, testing, using monitoring systems for NOC (like Nectar, Nations, Nimsoft - need not be Contact Center related).
