If consultant has MULE exp... will be a big plus, must have Strong experince on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture).

Seniore Java J2ee Developer/Lead/ArchitectLong Term (12-18 months with possible extension)Location1: Sumerset, NJLocation2: Franklin Lakes, NJLocation3: St. Loui, MO Responsibilities: - Serve as the lead resource responsible for the overall design and development of applications and systems
- Define requirements and create architectural specifications.
- Provide leadership to client and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in all phases of design and development; mentor team members as needed.
- Lead and coordinate development activities and be the anchor of technical expertise with onshore and offshore technical teams
- Help ensure projects are delivered successfully, on-time, and within budget.
- Ensure the proper translation and validation of system requirements into software design through iterative sessions with Product Management and other SME's
- Implement and enforce engineering best practices using modern standards and patterns
- Review unit test plans, tests, and code coverage to ensure high quality delivery
- Implement engineering excellence by enforcing regular code reviews, continuous integration, high test code coverage, on-going code refactoring and adequate documentation
- Ensure correct usage of industry standard software and frameworks
Mandatory Skills: - Expertise with hands-on Back-end/Services experience including experience in a leadership position
- Expertise of Core Java development experience
- Solid working knowledge of related technologies including Spring, Hibernate, Mule
- Solid working knowledge of MVC Frame ( Struts / Spring ), JavaScript
- Experience in a client facing role
Desired Skills: - 2-4 Years of experience with SOFEA/MULE
- 2-4 Years of experience in a leadership role
- PBM Industry experience
- Professional Services Industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
