We are looking for a Java Developer/Senior Developer with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

Experience with Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, Kubernetes.

You should have expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept, design, development and testing.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Implement new functionality on the system to meet business requirements

Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications, delivering high-availability and performance.

Proficient in building Micro Services with Java 1.8 or higher, Spring, Spring Boot.

Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.

Write well designed, testable, efficient code.

Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.

Prepare and produce releases of software components.

Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Exposure to CI & CD tools

To Design, Architect, Develop, Test and Deploy applications and maintain existing systems.

Working knowledge for Kubernetes & Istio

Ability to work with unit test frameworks like Junit and Mockito.

 

Requirements:

 

Proven working experience in Java (1.8 and higher), along with hands on experience with Java Streams and Functional Programming 

Develop solutions using core java, Spring REST, GraphQL

Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns & SOLID principles

Exposure to Microservices Design Patterns

Hands on experience with source control (e.g. GIT, SVN etc..) and build tools (e.g. Maven, Gradle)

Hands on and working experience in the Spring Framework

Strong knowledge of test-driven development and continuous integration

Passion for collaboration and working on agile teams

Communicating with client/product owner for requirement gathering

Revise, update, re-factor and debug code.

Java multi-threading skills

Develop and Consume Web Services using GraphQL, REST and SOAP

 

Good To have (see if you want to include)

 

Knowledgeable in Java internals, JVM tuning and troubleshooting. 

Java profiling experience
