Job Title: IAM Consultant with  Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

Location: Remote (Woonsocket, RI)

Duration: Long Term

 

Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is looking for an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) architect to implement the next generation Identity solution for enterprise users.

General requirements:

1. The person must be able to work in a team and independently.

2. Able to understand the business requirements and convert into technical artifacts.

3. Able to work based on US Eastern or Central time zone.

4. Remote work is acceptable.

 

Technical requirements:

1. Overall 12+ years of hands-on working experience on Identity and Access Management area at enterprise level.

 

2. Provisioning & De-provisioning:

2.1. Must be able to implement the Identity & Account life cycle management with technology and process

2.2. Must be able to design the entitlement data warehouse with better user experience

2.3. Working knowledge of building different workflows

2.4. Implementation experience of the Self-service request process with automation

2.5. Should have experience of building the RBAC model

 

3. Integration:

3.1. Must have experience to integrate with different data stores (LDAP, SQL, REST, etc.) and business systems for provisioning & de-provisioning

3.2. Should have working knowledge of infrastructure component integration such as ServiceNow, HR system and logging framework.

3.3. Integration with cloud and on-premise systems including Azure AD, GCP, Salesforce, etc.

 

4. Access Review:

4.1. Should have good understanding of security and compliance requirements.

4.2. Must have knowledge of implementing the different types access review models such as transfer and periodic review.

 

5. Should have some development experience for building POC and prototype.

 

6. Working knowledge of some of the products is required.

6.1. SailPoint, Saviynt, Hitachi ID, Omada, Oracle Identity Manager, CA Identity & Governance Manager, ForgeRock Identity Governance, etc.

 

7. Azure and GCP cloud experience are plus.
