Essential Technical Skills:
• Mainframe DB2
• COBOL stored procedures
• Autosys
• Production support
• On call
• Incident triage
• Break / fix

Essential soft Skills:
• Excellent ability to interact with business partners.
• The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple business and technical teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and deliver production-quality software within aggressive schedules.
• Proven problem-solving ability and mindset.
• Relationship building experience.
• Be flexible with time.
• Most importantly, possess ability to learn new skills
