Requirement Details

 

Title: Business Analyst

Location: Aberdeen, SD (Remote with onsite travel for meetings occasionally.)

Duration: (1 year) with multiple extensions

Number of positions: 2

Rate: Open on W2 or C2C

 

The Business Analysts must have:

• Experience collaborating with clients to translate business needs into well-documented, high-quality requirements, functional designs, and system supplemental specifications;
• Experience evaluating and analyzing changes requested by the client, as well as system impacts and possible solutions;
• Experience analyzing problems and provide corrective action plans;
• Experience with providing quality control for work completed by software engineers to ensure requirements have been met;
• Experience validating computer application features with the clients;
• Ability to perform unit and functional testing on developed applications;
• Experience creating presentation materials and facilitating meetings of various sizes;
• Experience with Child support systems;
• Experience with Child Care systems;
• Experience with Supplier, Input, Process, Output and Customer (SIPOC) processes and Agile and/or SCRUM development methodologies including leading SCRUM meetings;

Familiarity with database design
