JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role Description The UAT Coordinator Lead leads the team performing project management functions within the Enterprise E2E / UAT Team on key enterprise projects. The role of this team, and of this role, is to be the Enterprise E2E / UAT liaison to the project management community, project stakeholders (business owners, market leaders, business analysts, IT), and external entities. To ensure the internal UAT teams have a complete understanding of the project by working or identifying stakeholders or business owners to review requirements, review test cases, test results and test plans. To facilitate meetings across teams to reduce lag time in waiting to get issues resolved. Responsibilities The key responsibilities associated with the UAT Coordinator Lead role include, but are not limited to: Lead the team of UAT Coordinators, and also perform the role of a UAT Coordinator on key projects and programs. Coordinates requirement reviews with internal teams to ensure feedback is timely Coordinates the creation, maintenance and reviews of the cross-functional User Acceptance Test Plan across domains. Coordinates the creation, maintenance and reviews of the Test Project Schedule across all testing tasks in the project Coordinates the creation, maintenance and reviews of the User Acceptance Test Scenarios / Test Cases. Coordinates the execution of the UAT Test Plan across teams. Consolidates the status reporting across all business capabilities to project stakeholders. Coordinates the review and closure of defects between IT, UAT, and external stakeholders. Coordinates the reviews of the UAT Test Results across business stakeholders. Attends project status meetings to identify important changes to project requirements, releases, etc. and disseminates this information to all team members Deliverables The following deliverables are created, maintained and reviewed/distributed by UAT Coordinators: Weekly Project Status Report to Enterprise E2E/UAT Leadership Team by Noon on Mondays. Weekly Project Status Report to EPMO and other project stakeholders by 5:00 PM on Mondays (post-leadership review) UAT/E2E Test Plan for each phase of the project (inclusive of the Test Schedule) UAT/E2E Risk and Issue Log Skills Required 8+ years of experience as a QA or UAT Lead (Systems Testing, Integration Testing, Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing) Healthcare experience is must- payor experience is must. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools as Word, Excel etc. Automation will be plus. Knowledge of Healthcare domain is important to understand the business. Experience managing offshore. Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships across IT and non-IT teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel. Experience with developing and influencing Quality Assurance strategies, metrics, and statistical process improvement.
