Performance test Engineer
Location: Alpharetta GA – Remote for Now but after 1-2 months it's Hybrid Model – 2 days office.
Must Haves - Performance Testing, HP load Runner, VSTS Load test, BlazeMeter, Jmeter
Good to Haves: SAFE Agile, Automation Testing - Selenium, Splunk

Responsibilities:
·       5 years' experience in application program development experience in all phases of the SDLC.
• 5 years' experience with scripting and execution tools such as LoadRunner, Performance Center, jmeter and BlazeMeter etc.
• 6 years of systems analysis experience
• 2 years of proven work history in delegation of tasks and leading development projects.
• Have an overall understanding of architecture, infrastructure and technology stacks to conduct performance testing (APIC, IIB, MarkLogic, Salesforce etc.)
• Understanding on other monitoring tools available for Salesforce such as Einstein Analytics and an understanding of industry standard tools and be able to provide recommendations and perform tools evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of various high level programming languages and program development software.
·       Formulate and define performance test strategy, data strategy and monitoring approach; determines which testing tool to used based on project scope.
• Owns the effort to fix or resolve issues as they arise.
• Builds reusable performance testing scripts, executes them, analyzes results, and provides feedback based on those results.
• Ensures that test environment(s) is set up and ready for use.
• Adheres to program and regulatory guidelines in regard to data management.
• Works closely with a variety of partners including, but not limited to, Architects, Project Managers, Developers, QA, etc.
