We have "Java Developer with API" Open positions at "Fully Remote" – Long Term Contract.

 

Job Title: Java Developer with API

Location: Fully Remote

Position Type: Long Term Contract

Max Rate: $58/hr on C2C 

Job Description:

Uses expertise to design, develop, code, test, and debug software. 

Provides analytical support and technical advice during the conceptualization, development, and implementation phases. 

Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems.

Demonstrated experience with AWS and API based systems is required.

Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices or operation systems.

Experience delivering software in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Experience in working with Mainframe systems (COBOL, CICS,) is a plus

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in building cloud-based APIs

Demonstrated experience in deploying applications to AWS using Cloud Formation or Terraform

Experience with Java, Java Design Patterns, JavaScript, JSON, Groovy, shell

Familiarity with build and CI/CD Frameworks and tools including Maven, Jenkins, Github, Docker

Scripting (Shell, Batch, Ant, Java Script,),

Experience with Cobol, CICS, JCL, VSAM a plus

Experience using API development, documentation, and frameworks such as Swagger/OpenAPI, DropWizard, etc.

Demonstrated experience in deploying applications to AWS using Cloud Formation or Terraform
