Title: Transformation Leader.

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey Office. Onsite.

 

Job Overview:

 

The Transformation Leader will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality transformation projects, providing ownership, leadership, and expertise across project cycles to ensure high quality services, desired outcomes, and improved efficiencies. This will involve working with product and cross-functional teams to implement new tools, processes, and procedures, as well as driving a culture of adoption and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Should be able to steer the ship towards their goals, understand program nuances, work with all product teams (influence their journeys), address bottlenecks and own the journey, adoption and implementation.
• Report to the C executives on the program's success, manage OCM
• Drive and manage organizational change management with regards to adoption, implementation and operating model optimization, increasing our efficiency, and improving business impact.
• Coordinate delivery against roadmaps and key achievements, tracking progress and proactively raising and mitigating issues.
• Establish the cadence and patterns of delivery to ensure efficient flow and put in place appropriate structure and tools to create visibility and alignment.
• Develop trusted relationships internally with cross-disciplinary technology, business, and finance teams and externally with strategic partners.
• Lead collaborative efforts to bring clarity and structure to areas where there is ambiguity.
• Embed standard and ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess the health of the transformation, including defining and tracking key performance indicators, benchmarking exercises, deriving insights, identifying issues, and providing recommendations.
• Coordinate and prepare presentations for senior leadership and governance boards.
• Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow through on tasks to successful conclusion.
• Communicate progress and results to senior management and stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 12+ years of experience in driving large, complex delivery of transformations in corporate settings. Demonstrated project management skills and experience in agile delivery.
• Ability to plan, measure and communicate progress to teams and leadership while finding the right balance of raising and resolving issues independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills on all levels of the organization with ability to influence outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of DevOps and testing principles, tools, and practices
