Curam developer to provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming support for the Special Assistance (SA), Work First (CASH), and Refugee program areas to support Operations and maintenance and enhancements to the existing application. Duties include but are not limited to requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, functional and detailed design, code development, and life cycle management of various program features. Areas of focus include business and workflow process modeling, and business and System reengineering using Curam, IEG, Java, ReactJS, and other web technologies. These activities will involve the use of COTS Curam Enterprise Framework Components, Curam Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Curam Express Rules for Triage (CERT), use of XML technology in a-am, Curam Evidence Framework, Java, Software Integration tools like MuleSoft or Boomi, Oracle, Subversion/Bitbucket, and WebSphere. Responsibilities also include implementing Agile software development and testing approaches for the entire Service Delivery Lifecycle and deployment to ensure the code base is efficient, maintainable, and adhering to DHHS/NC FAST policies and procedures. This role should have strong working experience in the IBM Curam framework and Java programming to understand and develop the underlying rules for the Special Assistance (SA), Work First (CASH), and Refugee products.
