Platform - Cloud Experience on Azure Platform - Nifi (CDF) Cluster Tuning & Optimization CDP Public Cloud App Dev - Nifi Java App Dev - Python

Project/scope description

1. Services. Cloudera will perform the following Services for Customer on a time-and-materials basis up to the total number of estimated consulting hours in the "Time-and-Materials Services; Fees" section below: a. Assistance with build-out and deployment of CDF Environments b. Platform Engineering Architecture, Deployment, Validation Services (Build Services), and Delivery Management. c. Review and Planning a. Review existing NiFi clusters in each environment, capacity of AKS clusters, utilization of Memory, CPU, and relevant metrics. b. Review CDF deployment pipelines and identify opportunities for optimization and recommendations c. Document recommendations, best practices and optimization based on the review and analysis of up to One Hundred Eighty (180) representative existing NiFi Flows d. Build & Deployment Pipelines a. Define a process to migrate NiFi flows into Datahub CFM clusters b. Assist Customer with rebuilding custom nar's and troubleshoot any issues during build process c. Identify custom scripts (Execute Script, etc.) and help Customer rewrite custom python scripts to Groovy. e. Environment Setup and NiFi Migration Flows (for all environments based on project schedule) a. Creation and validation of Azure resources for DEV environment b. Deploy CDP Public Cloud DEV environment, user migration, user roles and policies using Customer's Single Sign-On (SSO) i. Creation and validation of Azure resources for environment ii. Integrate CDP Public Cloud with Customer's internal Identity Provider and active directory iii. Configure Identity Provider to migrate user, group information from Customer's active directory to CDP c. Validation of the CDF Public DEV environment to ensure readiness i. Assist with remediations, as necessary ii. Enable CDF on CDP d. Execute migration of NiFi templates and associated processors e. Create and configure data flow catalog and validate data flow catalog functionality f. Build and synchronize the migrated templates into the data flow catalog g. Test and deploy migrated templates in the data flow catalog h. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on CDF component architecture, usage, monitoring, and maintenance i. Complete Runbook of environment j. Finalize requirements and review project expectations with customer to gain common understanding k. Provide oversight to the engagement by jointly working with the customer's Project Manager to deliver said services against agreed schedule, quality, scope, and budget. l. Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders as agreed during the planning phase. m. Manage Contractor resource onboarding, performance, billing/invoicing, and client expectations n. Project kick off and hand-off f. Platform Development Testing Services (Run and Maintain Services) a. Assist with release of additional net-new flows (approximately 6 per quarter) during Services engagement pursuant to this SOW. b. Platform Application QA Services i. Validate and test flows for the following test cases: 1. Flow efficacy to the stated business/application outcome 2. Backpressure design weakness 3. Flow anti-patterns identification 4. Operational readiness tests 5. Provide test case pass/fail report and remediation recommendations c. Platform App Load Testing Services i. Validate and test flows for the following test cases: 1. Volume, latency, and concurrency 2. Processor hotspotting from vertical flows 3. Backpressure build and relief 4. Provide test case pass/fail report and remediations recommendations
