We need one person temporarily to create a store procedure for getting data from database for 837I. here is more information:
This is an EHR system. All the data is stored in relational SQL 2018 database tables.
Patient, Encounter, Diagnosis, Patient Insurance, Provider, etc.
We already have a stored procedure that receives the unique Patient ID and the unique Encounter ID. From that, it queries the appropriate tables and generates a single response that contains the entire contents of the 837P.
We need a stored procedure that will do the same but generate the 837I data format. It should be able to generate a single 837I if passed a single Patient ID and Encounter ID, and it should be able to generate a single 837I containing all claims for all encounters (if flagged ready to transmit) if it is passed a single Provider ID.
It should call the appropriate tables, compile the data into a single string response that can be stored in another table and later transmitted to our claim processor. The response should be a properly formatted and complete 837I. Again, you will have to create all the queries to the appropriate tables. The 837P stored procedure and database can be provided for reference.
