Job description-
ROLE - ERP Supply Chain OM-WMS with MSCA Functional resource
Client is looking for an experienced, strong EBS Supply chain solution expert to implement projects in WMS, MSCA, O2C, Inventory etc., applications. The candidate will also serve as the EBS supply chain application Functional SME, answering questions about the capabilities of the system and providing guidance around future system features and best practices to business, this person will work through all phases of the SDLC including, but not limited to, requirement gathering, articulate business processes and creating functional designs, System configurations, Testing that meet the tactical needs of the supply chain continuous process and project initiatives; Primary responsibilities are
• Provides advanced technical applications expertise and advice to business users, IT leaders, project
teams, and other support teams.
• Ensure end to end understanding of Business Processes and systems solutions.
• Provide assigned application solutions and set-ups that support the client business where possible.
• Configure and test Oracle EBS applications: WMS, MSCA, Order Management, Inventory, Shipping,
purchasing, Adv Pricing etc.,
• Identifies gaps in the application functionality and provide solutions.
• Provides Conference Room Pilot (CRPs) guidelines and facilitation.
• Cross functional process knowledge with other applications –ASCP, OPM, PIM, AR etc.,
• Integrations experience with Partner (3PL, CMOs) systems
• Participates in regular project status reviews.
• Able to work independently with cross functional teams, Business users, technical teams and change
management team.
Qualifications:
• Must have 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Oracle EBS & SC Suite of applications – WMS, MSCA, OM, Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced
Pricing etc., and understanding of other modules like OPM, ASCP, PIM, and AR.
• Thorough understanding of Process Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
• Knowledge of other Oracle R12 EBS Supply Chain modules including Finance and PIM/PLM will be an
added advantage
• Experience with business process design, workshops, GAP identification, RICEW identification, Functional
Design, perform System configurations, Test Planning and Test Execution
• Proficient in a range of Oracle EBS R12 & 11i implementations, Roll Outs, Post implementation support
with AIM methodologies.
• Experience in Oracle EBS implementation methodologies (AIM) across different phases of Business
Process Study, Requirement Gathering, As-Is & To-Be Mapping (Solution Design), CRPs, UATs, SITs, Build
till Go-live
• Biotech / Life Sciences experience with understanding of GxP is a plus.
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Experience presenting to senior IT and Business colleagues
• Good listening skills with ability to make timely well-informed decisions
• Ability to translate business requirements and architecture designs into system designs
