 SAP S/4 HANA Tester 

Princeton, NJ(Local candidates Required )

Note: Onsite role.

Won't consider anyone with more than 1-hour commute (45 min commute or less is preferred)

Must have skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a similar Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years' experience in SAP testing, with a focus on large-scale implementations.
• Proven experience leading testing efforts for complex SAP / ERP projects, preferably with an Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA / TestFLO, HP ALM,).
• Strong Experience of SAP S/4 HANA modules  

 

• Experience in automation testing  

Test Strategy and Planning:

• Implement holistic test strategies, including System Integration Testing (SITs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performance/regression testing.
• Align on types of testing, testing timeline, tools and usage, roles and responsibilities, defect management as well as reporting and tracking

Test Automation

• Manage and coordinate of test automation for performance and regression testing
• Assist in determining the which test scenarios meeting the criteria for automation

Defect Management:

• Monitor and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle, from identification to resolution and closure.
• Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and address defects in a timely manner.

 

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the testing process.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of testing tools and methodologies.
