Consultant should be local to Sacramento as the need them twice a week at work

 

Mandatory Skills:

 

• 4 years of experience

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field

• 3 years of FT Agile or implementing software as a digital service

• 3 years of FT experience developing and consuming web-based RESTful APIs and client integrations using JSON

• 3 years of FT experience building web front-ends in modern web frameworks (e.g., Angular, Backbone, and ReactJS).

• 3 years of FT frontend Web Development experience that includes Web security frameworks (e.g. OAuth 2, JWT, OWASP)

• Minimum of three (3) years of FT frontend Web Development experience that includes Web security protocols (e.g. HTTPS, SSL, TLS, SAML, SOAP, X.509)

• 3 years of FT frontend Web Development experience that includes developing, maintaining and executing unit, integration and functional tests

• 3 years of FT experience writing the back-end of modern open-source web applications

• 3 years of FT experience developing back-end web applications that integrate with relational or non-relational database systems

• 3 years of FT Backend Web Development experience that includes handling large data sets and scaling their storage

• 3 years of FT Backend Web Development experience that includes configuring and executing load and performance testing

• 3 years of FT experience using modern, open source software to prototype and deploy backend web applications, including all aspects of server-side processing, data storage, and integration with frontend development

• 2 years of FT experience using NodeJS or similar backend frame work

• 1 year of FT experience working with a cloud platform (e.g., AWS)

• 1 year of FT experience working with git repositories

• 1 year of FT experience working with open source RDMBS technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)

• 1 year of FT experience working with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Pytest)
