Hands on with Load Runner and executing multiple performance initiatives using Load Runner tool 2. Has been a Sr. QA or Tech Lead in his current position 3. Experience being a Performance Engineer as well as a leader in that space 4. Ability to coach other Onshore or Offshore Performance engineers 5. Extremely hands on and has worked on complex integration projects to support Performance testing 6. Open for GTM to TM role GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB • The Senior Quality Assurance – Performance QA Analyst's role is expected to develop and establish quality assurance standards within the organization. • This individual will also gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. • This will include adhering projects to testing lifecycle, for tracking defects and for fixes in software application development, information systems, and operations systems. • This Sr QA Analyst will need to be proficient in the tool like LoadRunner. • Understanding of Neoload and LoadNinja is a plus. • Should have ability to explore new market trends for the application and implement it from the scratch. • Easy going and team contributor. Should have ability to implement concrete reporting model for Performance across lanes. • This QA should be skilled in performance testing on the Web as well as Mobile app. • This QA will need to do performance testing across web, mobile, APIs as well as iPad devices. • Should be hands on QA to be able to individually work through the tools and take of assigned responsibilities. • Should be skilled in the Agile/SAFE agile model.
