Role: UI/UX Designer (Axure & Figma)

Location: Dallas, TX (Locals Only F2F Interview Required)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Hybrid Role 2 Days onsite

Rate: $55/hr on C2C

 

Job Description:

·         We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, along with a strong understanding of user experience principles. Proficiency in Axure and Figma is required for this role.

 

 Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.

·         Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces using Axure and Figma.

·         Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.

·         Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards throughout the development process.

·         Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

·         Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

·         Proficiency in Axure RP for wireframing and prototyping.

·         Experience with Figma for designing and collaborating on UI/UX projects.

·         Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

·         Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

·         Experience working in an Agile development environment.

·         Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and tools.
