Requirement for: Business Analyst - Tallahassee Florida
Job Duties/Tasks:
The activities the candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Research and understand FDOT business processes and their inter-relationships.
2. Research and document impacts on agency business systems in relation to the PALM implementation.
3. Facilitate joint analysis workshops with the business units.
4. Gather and document business and technical requirements.
5. Coordinate with data migration and development teams.
6. Create detailed use cases, business rules, and requirements.
7. Develop Test Plans and Test Cases.
8. Coordinate testing and quality assurance efforts.
9. Perform oversight reviews of deliverables for compliance with department standards.
Face to Face Interviews: In the event an interview is requested, interviews may be in person, or scheduled via Microsoft Teams, at the discretion of the hiring manager.
Telecommuting: Limited telecommuting is currently an option for this position. Candidates are expected to work a minimum of three (3) full days per week in the office. The selected candidate is required to start their first day in the office. In the future, and at the Department's discretion, this option may return to full-time, in the office.

Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Florida Department of Transportation systems and applications. |
