Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Java Developer with experience in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise in Java programming combined with your understanding of BDD principles will contribute to the creation of robust, scalable, and maintainable applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software architects, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using best practices in software development.
3. Implement automated tests using BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or JBehave to ensure the quality and reliability of software components.
4. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, software design principles, and performance guidelines.
5. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by QA teams or end-users, and provide timely solutions.
6. Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software development processes.
7. Contribute to the improvement of existing software development methodologies, tools, and practices.
8. Document software designs, technical specifications, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in Java development and BDD techniques.
10. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on software development best practices and techniques.
