Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Financials Lead to oversee the successful delivery of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials solutions.

This strategic leadership role requires a deep understanding of financial processes and Oracle EBS Financials modules, coupled with exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

The EBS Financials Lead will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, upgrade, and support of Oracle EBS Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define functional requirements and develop comprehensive, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

Oversee the full project lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Drive fit-gap analysis to identify and recommend system enhancements and process improvements.

Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables while maintaining alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Mentor and manage teams of functional consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, multi-currency, and multi-organization configurations.

Provide expert guidance on best practices and emerging trends in Oracle EBS Financials and financial process optimization.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum 8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, including hands-on implementation and support expertise.

Proven track record in leading multiple full lifecycle implementations.

Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and multi-currency setups.

Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience managing complex enterprise environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials is an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
